Brittany Wood is a transactional attorney with experience in drafting operating agreements, loan agreements, promissory note documents, and other contracts. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Prior to joining West Hill, Brittany worked at high net-worth trusts and estates firms. She enjoys drafting and negotiating corporate and finance contracts and working with clients to grow their technology businesses.
Brittany received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2016, where she worked as a SJC Rule 3:03 certified student attorney in the Family Advocacy Clinic, and earned the Pro Bono Certificate for accumulating 100+ hours of pro bono work. She also served on the Student Bar Association. She received her B.S. in both Psychology and Women’s Studies from Florida State University in 2012, where she graduated with honors.
Ms. Wood is a member of the Women’s Bar Association. Additionally, she is an active animal lover and volunteers with Boston’s Forgotten Felines, and is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
