West Hill Technology Counsel, a boutique business and technology law firm, is seeking a Technology Transactions Attorney for its Beverly, MA office. We are looking for a candidate with at least five years’ experience with a large law firm or in-house legal department and strong academic credentials. The position supports the complex commercial needs of its clients in the high tech and biotech industries, including drafting and negotiating agreements related to strategic relationships, sale and procurement of services and intellectual property licensing.
Candidates must bring a strategic and holistic approach to understanding clients’ business objectives and helping to design and implement related business and legal strategies. The candidate will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent organization, verbal and written skills. Candidates will also be required to remain current with respect to state and federal laws and technology developments.
