Jennifer Hoenig

Jennifer K. Hoenig is an experienced business law attorney with specialized knowledge in corporate formation, equity structuring, debt financing and exit strategies for profit and non-profit businesses. Jennifer provides a hands-on approach when working with entrepreneurs and business owners in regard to forming their company, obtaining investments and other financings, and negotiating a sale or acquisition (asset or stock). Jennifer also has experience in matters involving fair debt practices, consumer and employment law.

Prior to joining West Hill Technology Counsel in 2012, Jennifer was affiliated with Lawrence B. Morse & Associates in Danvers, MA, providing her legal expertise to start-ups and small businesses in regard to their business, tax and employment needs. From 2004 through 2006, Jennifer was an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston (now Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP). Her practice focused on representing leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of domestic and international finance transactions.

While in law school, Jennifer interned with the late Hon. Reginald C. Lindsay (D. Mass.), Greater Boston Legal Services Employment Unit, and the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Jennifer is a graduate of Bowdoin College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1999) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 2004). She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, USA500 Clubs and New England Women in Energy and the Environment.
